  1. Sleep on it – Your 100-night trial begins the day your mattress is delivered.
  2. Get comfy – We recommend giving your body at least 30 nights to adjust.
  3. Not feeling it? – If you’re not loving your sleep by night 100, just reach out.
  4. Hassle free returns – We’ll take care of the pickup and refund you in full.

A few quick notes

  • You’re automatically enrolled in the 100-night trial—no need to register.
  • The trial begins on the delivery date.
  • A minimum 30-night period applies before returns can be requested.
  • To request a return, simply email us at info@originalbedinabox.com.au with your receipt and a photo of the mattress.
  • The mattress must be in good condition (no stains, tears, or damage).
  • Returns currently available in Melbourne metro areas.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of pickup.
