Delivery Information

At Original Bed in a Box, we aim to make delivery simple, fast and reliable across Australia.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver Australia-wide. Delivery availability may vary slightly depending on your postcode, and some remote locations may require additional transit time.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Melbourne metro: 2–4 business days
  • Other metro areas (Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide): 3–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–12 business days
  • Remote locations: up to 15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Most deliveries are made with Authority to Leave, meaning your mattress may be safely left at your address if no one is available at the time of delivery.

If you prefer a signature on delivery, please contact us after placing your order.

Delivery Access Requirements

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery if required
  • There is safe and reasonable access to the delivery location
  • Your delivery address details are correct before dispatch

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes due to the size of the product.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be made before dispatch only. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

You can estimate your delivery costs before checking out. Simply add your product to the cart and enter your postcode to receive an instant delivery estimate based on your location.

Please note:

  • Standard delivery is available to Metro Melbourne and the Greater Geelong area
  • Final delivery costs may vary depending on the product size and delivery region
  • Remote or regional areas will attract additional charges
  • Our team will confirm delivery arrangements post-purchase for larger or custom items
